"The only thing wasn't like was around outside front areas of the hotel, looks like city garbage collection places don't make a good job and smell very bad. Anything else for me , the best retirement ambient for it. Very nice and helpful staff and locals. Best beach view, very good hotel breakfast and food on locals restaurants around the hotel."

"It’s a very nice place and very well located, but the experience i had with the administration staff was the worst, I chose a place where it would be suitable for 4 people to stay as it was mentioned in the description of the place because i was over there for work and my guests were my photographer and my stylist, at first the staff asked me the information from my guests and the day after they came and said my booking was only made for 1 person when I booked a place suitable for 4 people, they also mentioned about rules that does not show in the Rules & polices of the place, such as “No visitors allowed” and in the VG Sun condominium did not indeed have this rule because in the place there were papers with the rules printed and none of them mentioned about (NO VISITORS ALLOWED) this was a rule which they only mentioned when the booking was paid and confirmed and which indeed was not even real, it was made up rule by them, not the condominium itself, They didn’t want to understand the situation and wanted extra money for my guests per night that they would stay, I was forced to pay extra $300 for my photographer and stylist to come work because I didn’t have the patience to deal with people who just wanted to stork more money out of their guests, It was frustrating to deal with them and It made my experience be very difficult because I planned this trip very well so nothing would go wrong, It’s indeed a beautiful place to stay and peaceful but I wouldn’t book with Diego flat"

"My recent stay at the Vila Galé Sunset Cumbuco offered a mixed experience. As a new establishment, it certainly has its strengths, but there are also areas that could significantly improve. The staff were consistently polite and helpful, which is always a highlight and contributes positively to the overall atmosphere. The accommodation style is quite unique, with guest rooms located in standalone houses, each containing four separate apartments. This provides a sense of privacy that many guests will appreciate. However, the design of these houses presents some practical issues. The access areas to the rooms lack doors, which means they are prone to flooding during rain. This was a significant inconvenience during my stay and clearly needs to be addressed. Additionally, while the rooms themselves were comfortable, the pillows could definitely be improved for a more restful sleep. When it came to amenities and dining, I found the options to be quite limited. There were few choices for amenities, and the lunch options were particularly scarce. For a hotel of this caliber, a greater variety in both these areas would greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, the Vila Galé Sunset Cumbuco shows promise as a new hotel with a dedicated staff and an interesting room layout. However, addressing the design flaws in the room access and expanding the amenity and dining options would undoubtedly elevate it to a much higher standard."

"We had reserved the hotel the day before. Unfortunately, when we arrived, our room was not ready. The front desk said we would need to wait for the room to be cleaned, about 30 minutes. Or we had the option to go to the room of the first floor, but we had paid for the upper level room. But we would not be able to use the pool or have anywhere to put our things. After requesting a refund, they were magically able to find a clean room within the room we had paid for. After that everything was wonderful. "
