They are not rude but use the excuse that they are ‘new’ so that their staff may make mistakes. After cleaning the room, I noticed the 2nd room key was missing. I had left it in the wall on purpose. When I asked them to bring it back, the employee used the key to open the door without knocking first! Not thinking twice if there were anyone...

"The room was fantastic - spacious, neat, tidy, and clean. The rest of the property is a little run down and in a sketchy neighborhood. The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly. And so, if you're just looking for a good night sleep without any frills or extras, this is a place for you."
