Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great hotel. However, it need to rework its electrical outlets as all of my room’s USB outlets were out of order.

Overall the room was very clean, thwe hotel was very new. We had lunch at the Chinese restaurant and the food and service was fantastic. Highly recommend.

bad hotel free pickup transport
Hotel Transport zoom past at pickup point, didn’t bother to check any customer is waiting at pickup point. Very bad transport sub-Contractor they have engaged. We took cab to hotel ourselves, after wasted IDD calls and lost hours warning in vain. Hotel did refund the CAB fee post our feedback, but good old time already wasted. Hotel is new and clean, a bit too far to go casino.

Great Stay but hard to get in and out !
It was nice little getaway. The Room was very cozy with sectional lighting control. Fast response from room service. One opportunity that needs to improve is the frequency of shuttle bus services. An hour a bus is too long and no more bus after 8pm is not too helpful consider the location of the hotel ( Not easy to find public transports, ONLY Taxi...)

Globally okay, great room but bad service
I was expecting more from a 5* hotel. I booked a Studio Suite which was really nice and enjoyed a great view. Nevertheless, some details such as cleaning, bathroom switchers or bad isolation of the door would let me a mitigate feeling for that range of price. The personal was not that welcoming, a bit pushy and had difficult to speak English. The global experience was great but too expensive according to the service

Affordable price with 5 stars facilities ! Modern high tech room with either balcony or full size cushioned window sill which can be an extra bed! Nice swimming pool, convenient location (only 10mins from Taipa Pier), free shuttle bus, delicious restaurants in reasonable price, nice souvenir shops. I recommended my friends to this hotel already. This will be definitely my choice to stay in my next trip!

Hotel shuttle service terrible and shuttle bus driver was very rude who was talking on phone during the whole time. The shuttle was from Taipa Ferry to Hotel on Nov 9@ 5:15, route 3 bus driver. There were mosquito in the room. When you leave the room, did not have clear instruction how to activate the function.

the hotel direction is too bad. the car park and lift is too dark to see. no greetings in the hotel except the door man. check-in wait too long and most of the facilities in the room is not working like the TV and bathrrom mirror. totally cannot understand why it got the best designed reward in 2017 cos the room designed are too wired. you cannot watch TV while you lay down on your bed. i booked i suite and i cannot eat on the sofa cos there is no table. i can't mention all those things cos it just too many small stuff make you feel bad.

Bad location and user-unfriendly facilities
Location is no good at all with only a few shuttle bus, rather inconvenient. Also, the bath tub and shower area was combined into one, there was no clear separation of the area, just a plastic curtain, so water easily spill all over the bathroom.
