Suz is best kept secret stay where you can get a wonderful sleep. It’s easily walkable to all the attractions, shops and restaurants. Bathroom designs are my thing and Suz has an awesome design! Hotel staff are very professional and helpful. Enjoyed our stay here! Thank you!

Great Hotel
This is a very nice, modern hotel with comfortable beds. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the closest metro station and also the Ximen pedestrian shopping district so the area has a lot to offer. I found the service to be excellent; they were quite helpful with all of my basic and not so basic questions, and they were able to provide any extras I requested. I would happily stay here again.

Overall hotel experience
The hotel staffs are friendly, speaks good English. The hotel is about 10 - 15 mins walk to shopping area. It is convenient, there are a few eateries nearby. We got river view room, the view is amazing except. One comment is the lighting in the room is quite dark. It make it very hard to see things clearly.

It was a nice stay overall. However, housekeeping needs to be improved. It was pretty terrible with their cleanliness, no matter told them a few times, it remained uncleaned. Other than that, staff are friendly and helpful.

pleasant start for a Taiwan tour
Rooms are a bit small but filled with the necessary amenities to be comfortable. Right smack at the end of Ximending, perfect place to start a Taiwan tour.

It was a beautiful hotel, close proximity to Ximending. Turn right and walk around the hotel for the quickest route there. L7 is not a good river view. It’s mostly of an expressway.

Nice place, very clean.
The room was great. It was very clean and felt new. There were excellent features like black out automatic curtains. The view was nice as well. However, the surrounding street was a little sketchy looking as the hotel is basically on top of a highway and it is a little far (10 mins walking) from the metro. Overall, it was nice and I would consider staying again.

Great service, good location.
Service was perfect! Staff is attentive to your every moves, very proactive to provide help with nice smile and attitude. Room is spacious and new. The building is modern and in stylish fashion. Location is great, 5 mins walk to ximending shopping area. Will recommend this hotel to my friends and family and will come again next time!

Good qualities amenities provided (Hermès tolietries, TWG tea, qra toothpaste etc). Nice river view from the cafe. Unfortunately, it takes approximately 10mins to walk to the nearest mrt station.

The light in the room very dim, fortunately we stay at River studio have to rely on the sunlight. The mirror and washing basin position is out of the BATHROOM. The electronic toilet seat instruction was not clear to OPERATE. Limited breakfast option but the location is very near to Xi Men Ding

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The hotel and the room was very clean. The only thing that we wish would've been different was that the hotel did not have an on-site bar lounge open in the evenings. Overall I think this might be one of the best hotel options near Ximeding district.

I loved the river view room - although it was directly in line with the roadway - so a bit of common sense was in order (people in glass houses..) The breakfast was very good and their service very attentive without being overly done. I was able to check in a bit early which was very helpful. The one down side - it was just a bit farther from the metro station - so walking back was about 15 minutes. Would I stay again -- yes indeed...

A Great Hotel - A Hidden Gem
I usually use an international hotel chain for my travel. This time, I booked a room at Suzys & Catorze by reading reviews online. I decided to take a chance on it. The location is very convenient for exploring the west side of Taipei. I got a room on the 16th floor and had a beautiful view of the river. The restaurant on 17th has the same view. The hotel is very new and clean. The multi-lingual staff was really friendly and helpful. I got daily recommendations on sight-seeing and food. The business center on the 2nd floor was very quiet and has a fast internet. I used it daily to catch up on work. I highly recommend this locally owned hotel. It's a hidden gem that won't stay hidden forever. This is going to be my default hotel now when I visit Taiwan.

A refined hotel with good service on the first floor but disappointing at their 17 floor cafeteria. Their breakfast is less desirable and their service need many more training.
