"Arrived to a sign in reception saying it is not manned and to ring the bell. Someone came after a short wait and booked me in. I paid extra for breakfast and was told my room was upstairs with key in the door. 2 flights of stairs and the room was clean and tidy. More like an apartment than a bedroom with kitchen and dining table. Nothing to allow you to have a hot drink such as milk or tea/coffee even though there is a fridge and kettle. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. "I was travelling solo with my little doggie. I had a beautiful experience: I have enjoyed a peaceful evening on the terrace where the service was good and the plates very tasty. I had a good night sleep, enjoying the silence of the place. I had to leave very early for a long travel, so I missed the breakfast. I would like to come back! "
