"Very friendly staff, clean room and amazing view!"

"Nice hotel, friendly staff, good amenities, breakfast ok for Europeans."

"Overall was good."

"convenient location"

"Extremely local chinese hotel. English speaking staff were far and few. Staff all hesitant and not confident to deal with foreigners so the communication was a struggle. But everyone was nice and polite. The common areas are not well maintained (i.e. lobby) so if you are looking for an upscale experience this is not your place. Most importantly the operations and management of the place is very poor. Everyone was all over the place. It was a mess. The team couldn’t manage the guests and it...

"The wash machine and dryer is very convenient, close to the lake, good place to watch sunrise."

"Everything was great. There is no gym though if that is important to you"

"客房很乾淨，工作人員也非常的親切"

"Very nice people very clean very professional "

"Nice view and nice people"

"日本人です。夫婦で1泊利用させていただきました。早めに到着しましたが、早めに部屋を使わせていただけました。朝ごはんも中国らしさを感じられるもので、とてもおいしかったです。アフタヌーンティーも美味しかったです。高鉄駅や古城からは少し距離があるので、事前にタクシーの予約などを済ませておくと良いと思います。看板猫がいます！"

"It was a good stay here. Staff are very nice and friendly and gave many useful information about planning for the trip. The signature ocean view room is very clean and comfortable and face to ErHai directly. 15 mins driving distance to the airport.40 minutes driving time to the ancient city. If you want to relax and enioy Erhai beach, this is a good place."

"Great location with easy access to the Old Town area within 10mins walk. Very big room for zen space and able to view the mountains from the room. Tasty local food breakfast items."

"The view of Er Hai and Cang Shan from our luxury double room was more stunning in person than in the pictures. My boyfriend and I loved staying here."

"What a cool property on Erhai Lake. I didn’t know what to expect and the hotel was a fantastic introduction to Dali. The food was plentiful and delicious, the staff was courteous and professional, and my room overlooking the lake was awesome. Moonlight, my direct contact, was very good in keeping up with me and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The service of this hotel is excellent. It is clean and hygienic. The courtyard is very beautiful with flowers everywhere and the view is superb. The hotel also has a coffee shop where the coffee beans smell very fragrant."
