Heater for room kept turning off. Barely enough space for 3 futons. Japanese communal bathrooms near bungalows, western style in main building. We only stayed one of the two nights booked even though we did not get a refund."

"Very clean and very comfortable. They are very vague about you putting everything back. Does it mean you have to wash all of your dishes and put them back exactly? Communication was lacking. Of the two emails I sent, I never got a response. I left some stuff there and asked if it was found and they decided not to answer me. I ended up leaving it there so I suppose someone else is not enjoying it."
