Takatori Holidays

Amazing location . close to Dontobori and other major attractions . Close to subway. Room was nice and cozy , staff were great . The hotel is located in a quiet area but close enough to the tourist attractions . I 1000% would stay here again. Staff were amazing.

The hotel wasn’t as expected. The futon beds were pretty flat and when asking for another futon to double up, they said no. We at least got another blanket though. Sleeping on the floor wasn’t very comfortable unfortunately. We had a great view with our room with a very big/wide window! That was very cool at least. The manga section in the lobby was neat. But the room was constantly damp feeling and kinda humid. Smelt like ocean sewer in our room haha. The towels always smelled off, not clean smelling. The bathroom had a deep tub which was nice but to get into the bathroom, there was a high step to get into there. Didn’t understand the restaurant either. They said private only? The elevator was nice to have but sounded like it was going to break down most of the time. It was okay for the short stay we were there but don’t think we’ll be booking again in the future.

Namba Oriental Hotel was outstanding! They really take care of their guests. When we were preparing to leave, we had no issues. Their customer service was excellent! We will be back again.

Great location, excellent facilities within the hotel, best breakfast buffet I’ve had in Japan. Everything you could possibly need in your room for a great stay.
