"Checkin was great and staff were friendly. Pool area was good although I did notice on many occasions that there were not enough beds for guests. Staff seemed efficient at keeping pool area tidy but I would have preferred an option of been able to have a drink like table service to the sunbed. I was really disturbed to find out that water you purchased not at the pool bar was not allowed to be consumed. Staying hydrated with water is essential. Overall a good place to stay but as a single person, prices in Ibiza don’t offer value for money."

"This is a good hotel, the rooms are very clean and you get an excellent maid service every day. The staff overall are very good at this hotel, they look after you. The breakfast and dinner buffets offer a good range of food for adults and children alike. The swimming pool area caters for adults and children, the children’s pool kept my son busy for hours. Only slight downside is the area outside the hotel which is a bit run down but I hear they are looking at a regeneration project. Don’t let this put you off going to the hotel however. Buses will take you to San Antonio, only 10-15 minutes away and cheap. Taxis readily available also."

"Excellent stay and it was a great choice for my first time in Ibiza. They even went the extra mile to surprise me upon arrival with champagne and cake for my birthday trip and then days later they did it again the morning of my birthday! Food truck on site is pretty nice, nice pool, and good drinks. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Loved the vibe at the hotel, every year i come to Ibiza i pick a different concept group. i loved the perks of being a guest at this hotel like having a club to go to, which was pretty good! the restaurant was great, and so was the breakfast at the hotel- i do wish the breakfast would run until later almost Brunch time 1 pm. I had it included in our reservation unfortunately if you do go out to the clubs its hard to wake up before 11 am (LOL). Pool area was great but i did find the food and drinks to be a bit steep for what you get. i would still recommend to anyone, the aesthetic of the hotel is unmatched."
