"A beautiful place on a gorgeous white sand beach. It’s a bit of a hike to get to the nearest village (kabira) so get your international drivers license and rent a car, or prepare to wait for the bus and take some cabs if you plan to leave."

"The Breakfast Hotel lets you make your own smoothie in the morning. It's a winner for all guests. Overall a great hotel with an open bar for happy hour between 5 and 8pm. A couple of the parking spots could be better for lower ride cars. But generally parking is easy . Be aware of the one way street though! Would happily stay again."

"Very spacious. It’s not new but clean and well maintained. Room has bubble bath and face sheet too! "

"The hotel was super conveniently located in central ishigaki, the room was decent and the coin laundry was a great amenity. The room had lots of options for hanging items to dry (which was super appreciated given all the snorkelling to be done). They have complimentary drinks including awamori in reception in the afternoons which was a nice touch. There is also an onsite onsen (but did not get to use) only minor criticism was they had very limited hours for the pool, typically after a day roaming around the town in the heat a dip in the pool would have been nice ~ 4.30pm but was already closed for the day. Excellent car rental across the road as well. Would stay here again."

"The hotel is beautiful and well located on the beachfront. We had a stunning view. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The only thing we were very disappointed in was the poor level of English in the reception area. It was painful and at times impossible to inquire about anything. They have a service app that was helpful with most things but when it wasn’t working or it wasn’t a simple matter and you have to go through reception it is very difficult. "
