"Really fun room for the kids. We had 3 kids and the staff made sure there were 3 Lego sets in the treasure hunt activity (we previously stayed at other Legoland hotels that only provided 2 gifts as standard) - this was a nice and thoughtful gesture. Great theming. Breakfast was very decent. Convenient for the park. We were given priority access to park even though we hadn’t checked in yet, just by showing hotel baggage storage tag. We should have checked in earlier though as they gave us park game coupons which we weren’t able to use as we were only staying one night and only received after checking in (after our park visit). They also gifted us a popcorn bucket which was a surprise for Halloween."

"We stayed stayed two nights and had an excellent experience. The front desk and concierge staff were helpful. They arranged taxi service, brought our bags to our room, and answered questions about the area. The buffet at the Garden Court resaurant had a variety of offerings and great service. The room was clean and well-appointed. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Kanayama station and shops. We would stay here again."

"We loved this hotel. Things to keep in mind: no one speaks English and their entire room service is only in Japanese. The location is in the middle of nowhere, and it’s a little bit of a walk to a bus station, so we personally used uber. But the amenities made it worth it. Our private onsen was stunning. It was spacious, relaxing and so nice after traveling all day. The food was delicious as well! Normally you’d think hotel room service will be subpar but their menu is huge! And they delivered breakfast to our door every morning which is a nice treat before adventures. I personally would only get a suite room here for the extreme value and experience. It’s spacious and clean. The beds are extremely firm, though, so beware if that’s not your preference. All in all, we will stay here again. As long as you’re okay with Ubers and being away from a lot of big locations (Legoland, etc)."

"Brand new property. Parking available for a charge (limited spaces). Onsen on property, very nice with sauna and cold bath. Beds are firm but comfortable. Breakfast with an additional charge. Japanese style breakfast, so skip if you want western style."
