"While perfectly functional, my advice would be to spend a bit more and stay at nicer hotel in the same area. The whole hotel is in desperate need of updating and a refresh and I think the state of the place has led the cleaning staff to become complacent. Desk staff were hit or miss. Some were energetic and helpful while others either didn’t have a clue or a care. If you take the airport shuttle be aware both coming and going the drivers were loath to get out of their vehicles and at the airport it was the shuttle driver for the Edgewater hotel who had to show us where the other driver was waiting outside. Having said that, you get what you pay for. If you can get a good deal on staying here then take it!"

"Pros: Staff were attentive and kind, the motel was clean, has a decent laundry facility and daily housekeeping. the cntral location in downtown was also nicr. Cons: The motel itself is in poor condition and not sound insulated between rooms. We were kept awake most nights by other residents just going about their business - we could hear conversations in adjacent rooms. One night featured a prolonged drunken scream fest that went on for hours. Our room also had a very loud, prolonged water hammer noise every time someone in the building used a faucet. Had there been another hotel available, we’d have been in it. "
