"This is our first APA Hotel stay in Japan and it was surprisingly comfortable and better than expected. Our corner room was slightly bigger than the rest of the rooms and the hotel room was very thoughtfully planned out to maximise all available space. 👍👍"

"The staff provide go above and beyond with their excellent customer service to make sure our stay is comfortable and efficient. While we had to change rooms twice due to uneasiness with a strange pattern on the curtains, dirty sink area, and broken refrigerator, the staff was very understanding by getting us a much better room and making sure everything was comfortable. Thank you for your service as always!"

"I am surprising to see the DHC care pack with oil to remove the cosmetic. So thoughtful. There are also different varieties of the books in the room. Although I did not have free breakfast, another surprise too. Definitely, I will recommend friends or myself to book again if next time visit Narita airport. "
