5 stars for the lush grounds, beautiful pool, rustic and restful common areas, wonderful staff and generous breakfast buffet. Minus one star for my room which needed some TLC from skilled tradespeople, especially the bathroom.

Ok hotel, the pool area is great, with a bar where you can order food and drinks. The breakfast is a bit boring with only filter coffee. Rooms are big, but a bit dark. The hotel is not too far from the beach and there are plenty of touristy restaurants close by.

It was beautiful, from the rooms to the grounds. Very peaceful with a view to the hills beyond. Good pool and very friendly drinks sevice there too. Short walk to the beach, though its best walking a little further along to find the pergect spots.

Wow what can I say what an experience we loved it, upon arrival till departure we loved it all, the staff, room, everything was on point. It was our 10 year anniversary and the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure we had a remember able stay, it was shocking and well worth it. Did definitely say here again...

Bee, Foh,Miew, and Gail wete all so helpful during my stay. I wanted to relax and dive and any question or assistance they could provide they did. Thus last day I leave fir a dive trip and they are storing my luggage after helping me to look fir my sunglasses… which they laughed with me when I realized they were under my shirt. I was embarrasses but they were so kind. I love this spot and cannot wait to return. Kindness, grace and peace are found here.

Nice hotel, food needs help

Pros: really lush property, comfortable rooms with balconies, nice pool area, nice breakfast area. You can walk into town and to the beach which is great. Cons: the food is pretty terrible. Breakfast is good, but we ordered pad thai and a curry at dinner, and it was almost flavorless and no spice at all, not even a hint. Lots of europeans, so we wondered if they watered down the flavors to try and cater to that?

The staff was lovely, however this does not make up for the grounds nor does it make up for the run down rooms, linens, and overalll appearance of the property & its rooms. Every towel, every day, was tattered or torn. Bedsheets had holes in them. The property is extremely run down, not properly maintained, every stone & exterior decor is dirty and ungroomed. The outdoor water sources do not have water movement, so the water is stagnate. The back of the facility smells of sewer. The rooms are very dark & not well cleaned. They advertise "pillow top" mattresses, they provide pillow top toppers, on request, and they do not add comfort. The gym is deplorable. No space, old equipment that is rusted, no cleaning supplies to wipe down mats or equipment. The breakfast bar containers are not washed daily, the condiments are just topped up.

Ein tolles Hotel mit unglaublich nettem und zuvorkommendem Service! Die Bungalows sind groß, sauber und bieten durch den Abstand zueinander auch abends angenehme Ruhe. Das Frühstück ist riesig und sehr abwechslungsreich – für jeden etwas dabei. Der Pool ist groß und sehr gepflegt, und die direkte Lage am Strand von Khao Lak ist traumhaft. Einziger Nachteil: Durch die Strandlage ist man etwas abseits, Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht man nur per Taxi oder selbst organisiert.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Eher ein familiäres Hotel. Alles sehr angenehm, toller Garten. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber nicht so gut wie beschrieben. Gym ist extrem klein, die Gewichte sind teilweise verrostet. Das Wasser im Adults only Bereich ist sehr sauer.

Sehr schöne unterkunft, mit gutem Frühstück. Pool ist auch sehr schön, nur leider ab 8.30 Uhr sind alle liegen vollständig durch handtücher reserviert. Dagegen sollte das Hotel etwas unternehmen. Für mich war es nur möglich am Pool zu liegen, weil ich den Erwachsenen Pool nebenan benutzt habe.

Bon emplacement proche de la plage et des restaurants. Chambre vieillotte mais spacieuse avec petite terrasse sur un joli jardin, problème de fuite dans la climatisation et d'évacuation dans les toilettes. Très bon petit déjeuner. Pas d'assistance de la réception pour le choix d'un prestataire pour aller aux îles Similan et pour la réservation d'un scooter.

Vi bodde i en bungalow som var mycket lyhörd. På nätterna skrek katter som gick omkring på hotellområdet. Receptionen upplevdes som rörig, många jobbade där men gav ingen attention till gästen. Däremot var servicen vid frukosten utmärkt.

Der Strand im Bereich des Hotels ist felsig , das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und im Thailändischem Stil gehalten. Zimmer hellhörig auf Außengeräusche, Badezimmer ist nicht klimatisiert und wirkt etwas altmodisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war immer genau gleich. Trotzdem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Hotel

Ett mysigt hotell.

Ett mysigt hotell där man kan känna att man är i Thailand. Mycket växtlighet och två egna varaner som husdjur. Hotellet är slitet, stora glipor i dörrar och fönster, vi fick täppa till med saronger för att inte få in mygg. Men vi trivdes där och personalen är glada och trevliga. 150 m tiĺl havet. Fanns solstolar att hyra. En restaurang på stranden där man kan äta lunch för en liten peng.
