A tour I booked included a stay at this resort, and I needed to add on an extra evening due to my flight arrangements. Rooms are clean, and I’ve enjoyed relaxing by the pool all day as I adjusted to time change. Looking forward to spending a few more days here.

Great hotel, close to bars and restaurants. Maid service was always brilliant. Helpful staff. Lagoons look a little bit dirty and right near to our room needed tidying up (near the car park) but we would definitely return.

Stayed in a beach front villa which was very good.check in staff are very good having said that all staff are friendly and pleased to help.breakfast buffet is ok with a reasonable selection to accommodate just about everyone. A good solid choice and at the start of the main strip of restaurants etc.

Room was comfortable. I found the room quite dark though. I didn’t like the pool towel system, they were left in your room but only if you left your dirty one so often no clean towel to head to the pool. Sun beds were comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Khao Lak Laguna Resort. The rooms were excellent, and we stayed in very high-end bungalows just a minute's walk from the beach. The breakfast buffet, included in our room, was great and offered a variety of delicious options. The resort's location is ideal, with just a five-minute walk to town where it's easy to catch a "song thaew" (taxi) to nearby sites. While the stretch along the main road in Khao Lak isn't very nice, staying down on the beach made all the difference. The beach area is perfect for relaxation, and there are countless great diving options nearby. The resort features two nice pools right by the beach, and they offer free boogie boards for ocean fun. Although the immediate beach area isn't the nicest, a short five-minute walk takes you to a much nicer stretch of beach. They also have free bikes available, and I recommend using the mountain bikes as the locks on the more leisurely bikes can get stuck easily. The service from the front desk and restaurant staff was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Terrible check in

Terrible check in experience. Waited a long time..they wouldn’t show us to our room and we didn’t get a welcome drink or towel (others did). They then tried to put us in a triples bed room with 2 single beds pushed together. I arranged the romantic dinner..and it was a surprise.. yet TWICE staff approached me in the days before the meal to confirm details of the surprise meal.

Veldig flott hotell og område. Bodde i Honeymoon bungalow med sjøutsikt. Var helt perfekt! Synd at stranden drar ned opplevelsen her. Der var det søppel, glass-skår og ikke like fin som på bildene. Heldigvis ble vi tipset om en helt nydelig strand i nærheten. Maten var bra på restauranten. Fikk med oss nydelig solnedgang

Notre séjour c’est bien passé,mais le gros problème pour nous est que nous sommes non fumeur et nous étions indisposés par les cigarettes des personnes à la piscine comme sur la plage car il n’y a pas de zone fumeurs. サイアムシャレーに宿泊。近代的な作りではないため、ドアの鍵がかけにくく、何度か無施錠になってしまった。 部屋は広く、きれいに清掃されたフローリングは快適だが、トイレ便器はきちんと掃除をしてほしい。テラスも広くのんびりできるが、隣室とわずかな仕切りがあるだけで、プライベート間に欠けてしまう。 朝食会場は多数の席があり、ストレスを感じない。手づくりパンケーキはとても美味しい。 敷地は広く、喧噪もないので、静かに過ごすには良いホテルです。周辺も飲食店はコンビニもあるので、ダウンタウンに行かなくても、必要なものは揃えられます。 不満を2点言えば、スタッフが挨拶しない事。サービス業か？と疑問がわくほど挨拶をしない。もう一つはハウスクリーニングが朝9時過ぎに来る。ちょっと早すぎる。

Pleasant, but noisy

We loved Laguna, but unfortunately we stayed very close to the main road. It was very noisy. Breakfast buffet wad good. We recommend Everyday2, just opposite the hotel for dinner. Excellent thai food.
