Fabulous! I had a pool access room and it was great to avoid the crowd at the main pool. I did go to the beach twice which was nice, but I preferred the quiet. Staff was helpful and did a great job. The area around the hotel is great - tons of places to eat, get massages, etc. I plan on returning the same time next year!

you are looking for a perfect holiday location, then come to la flora. The hotel is just super extra class, very clean, friendly staff, comfortable and super nice right on the beach. We had the grand seaside room with pool access. we will be back - that's for sure because we love La Flora Warm regards Fam Senn, Switzerland

Wonderful family stay

Beautiful hotel right on the beach and with lots of local restaurants just outside. We all had a wonderful time, especially our 3 year old. Breakfast was great. Restaurant was quite expensive for dinner so we didn't book to try it but the restaurants near by are great quality and so cheap! Cocktails were amazing. All the staff at the pool bar in the main pool were lovely and great with kids. We had the most basic day room but it was spacious with a huge bed and a lovely walk in shower. The air con was amazing and kicked in quickly when we got back to the room.

The actual resort was fine and the staff was nice, but the client populations (the tourists) was anything but friendly. For some reason, my boyfriend and I were outcasted, treated poorly, and harassed by multiple other people at the resort. Not sure if it’s because we’re an interracial couple, but it got to the point where it was extremely uncomfortable. After a whole incident at breakfast where my boyfriend was followed around the breakfast area (and I was stared down and mean mugged all throughout breakfast by multiple other tourists), we finally deemed that we had enough and checked out within 24hrs of being there. Unfortunately, the resort doesn’t deem this a valid reason for leaving early , so we got no sort of refund. They wouldn’t even comp my 1 drink on the tab (which I was fully prepared to pay, but c’mon man. After that horrendous 24hr period, you’d think they give me some slack here). Overall, great place to stay if you’re an older German couple. But if you’re anything out of that category, be prepared to be uncomfortable the entire time. We booked another resort in a separate town and left immediately. Will not be coming back to Khao Lak.

Lovely big swim up room. The biggest and comfiest bed ever ! The best hotel shower we’ve ever had ! Beautiful gardens throughout the hotel and there’s an army of staff to keep it clean. The hotel sits right on the beach and the views out to sea are amazing.

Great Stay

Great Stay. Staff are friendly and helpful, check in was easy, received a welcome drink and snack, porter took us and bags in a buggy to the room and member of staff pointed out areas if interest on the way. Room was modern, clean and spacious. Nice large shower. Bottle water provided daily. Wifi all over the resort and no issues with signal. Beach front and beach towels provided. Food and drink as expected is expensive at the hotel. Shops just out side the hotel and plenty of restaurants minutes walk away.

La flora Khao Lak mars 2025

Andra gången vi bor här och i år upplevde vi stt hotellet gått ner sig. Personalen upplevdes inte lika trevlig som för 2 år sedan. Städningen skedde sent på eftermiddagen så när man gick upp för dagen så var det inte städat eller så höll det på att städas. Fick inte rätt antal handdukar trots att vi påpekade det flertalet gånger. Poolområdet kändes inte rent. Dåliga öppettider på gymmet och väldigt litet med dålig utrustning. Frukosten är jättebra med stort utbud. Vi Kommer inte komma tillbaka igen

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft um am Abend durch die Straßen zu spazieren und verschiedene Restaurants zu probieren, massieren zu gehen und einkaufen/ Nacht Markt. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, ist dass das Hotel in die Länge gebaut ist und dadurch am pool/strand extrem viele Leute zusammen kommen. Liegen sind näher aneinander als in Italien gereiht, 9 Uhr kaum noch freie liegen zu finden. Kids Club Mobiliar eher abgenutzt und die meisten Aktivitäten kosten extra Frühstück und Speisen sehr gut und preislich ok. Zimmer sehr modern, swim up Zimmer zu empfehlen um dem trubel zu entkommen
