Room was clean but a bit cramped. No desk space to work Minimalistic. Good as a quick transit stop. Room and bathroom fittings were modern. Wish there was more space. Restaurant was expensive with minimum choice.

The stay overall was comfortable, the staff was corteus, room was also good. Though bathroom lock was not working and was not fixed throughout our stay.
The only issue I found was ownership of mistakes by the staff. This seems to be management challange. The staff may need training.

There were serious issues with hygiene and cleanliness. Insufficient staff was over stretched and even not able to do their regular work due to frustration of lack of staff.
