"The hotel is in an excellent location in Dalt Vila. The staff are fantastic, friendly and welcoming and very efficient. The only negative is that food options at the hotel are quite limited. However, overall we recommend the hotel and had a great stay!"
"Cherry suite was great and "free" entrance to Pacha as well. Breakfast however is far below expectations for €45 per day per person price/quality wise. Besides that, on top of every order a 10% tip is automatically charged. We were charged an extra €450 at check out for 6 cocktails and 1 breakfast (2 people)."
"This place is conveniently located in a great walking area for everything a tourist needs. However, the location is also noisy and it is almost impossible to get any sleep. The front door entrance is poorly constructed and slams every time a guest enters or exits. The hallways echo every step someone takes and voices carry through the room door. If you're ok with a noisy environment, this place is bursting with energy. "

Its very chill and layback but the staff is AMAZING! their service is one of the best I have experienced in my life. Despite the fact that there was some issues with the reservation through Expedia, their pool was not working and there was a leaking problem; the staff here were so so so nice and accommodating.
