"Right in the centre. Well positioned for shops, bars and restaurants. Near both railway stations. Only problem was parking as the hotel couldn't accommodate us."

Had to use the emergency contact no, and a member of staff came out to help. After failing to get it to work she opened reception and checked us in manually.
