"Had a great long weekend with my elderly mum, our adult kids & grandchildren (11 of us, sadly son/fiancé couldn’t come this time).
This was our first Hard Rock Hotel, tho we’ve been to other Hard Rock Cafe/restaurants, incl in London, UK.
Everything was great, enjoyed the reclaimed historic factory, hubby loved playing the in-room vintage guitar (son would’ve too!), grandkids loved the pool, & we all enjoyed the arcade, Children’s Museum, etc.
My mum, daughter & I bought beautiful vintage designer clothes at the hotel shop 😁
Food/service at Sessions restaurant was always excellent, but food at Beer Kitchen was mediocre :/
The only other slight negative was the in-room lighting. We didn’t like that we couldn’t turn on the hallway light without illuminating the whole room (an early riser can’t see in the hallway without blinding a sleeper),
or that the bathroom light automatically turns OFF no matter how you set it :(
(we leave bathroom light on & door open to find it at night without a light :/
Also, clock had a big nightlight on back that my son-in-law said during our first breakfast- “was too bright for him”.
So that night, we moved it from the nightstand to the bathroom, & it made a perfect night-light to find the bathroom ;)
Minor nuisances in an otherwise perfect family stay!
Great for our WHOLE group, from grandchildren (unborn, 2, 4, 6 & 8 year-olds), to adult daughters/son-in-laws (34-40 yr olds) to us (64 yr olds) & an 85 yr old mum :)
Highly recommended! "

"The HVAC in the room was too loud. Impossible to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom floor needs attention. This is a newly renovated room. #272
Front desk staff and restaurant are amazing :) "
"Easy parking nearby at Covent Market. Staff have voucher for reduced rate. Near Richmond Row and many restaurants and OHL Knights and Grand Theatre. Spacious rooms. Soaker tubs. Nice aesthetic. Free refreshments in lobby. One of my favourites in London."
