"Great"

"Absolutely the most disappointing and uncomfortable hotel stay my family has ever experienced. From the moment we walked into the room, we were shocked by the level of uncleanliness. The carpet was visibly filthy, to the point where we didn’t feel safe walking on it barefoot. The beds were clearly not changed—you could tell just by looking at the sheets that they had been slept in, which is completely unacceptable for any guest, let alone a family traveling together. I felt genuinely scared to touch anything in the room without sanitizing it first. Even the TV remote had grime on it. The couch had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it impossible to sit on. It was obvious that proper cleaning and basic hygiene standards were not followed. As a family, we expect at least a clean and safe environment, and this hotel failed on every level. This experience left us uncomfortable, disappointed, and honestly disgusted. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because no guest should have to stay in conditions like this."

"Amazing resort, top notch staff! A big thank you to Larry, Kenya, and Jackson for their amazing service. The resort is amazing for families, super clean, friendly staff, amazing pools for kids and adults, great housekeeping, and beautiful beach. I cant say enough about Singer Island and the surrounding area. We look forward to returning every year. You will not regret staying here and will fall in love with W Palm Beach."

"Rip off"

"Not enough towels. Then had to wait as they did not have them. Asked for sheets and blankets for pull out couch and they did not have a blanket and only one pillow. Bathroom could have been cleaner and was very dated. "

"Valet returned my Tesla with a beverage spilled and dried to my white passenger seat after I just paid to detail the car before this trip. When I pointed it out to front desk she did immediately refund ONE day of parking however my vehicle should not have had anyone drinking in it and that beverage sat there stinking up my car for 2 fill days. Hotel room fridge was not cleaned out and a previous guests leftovers were still in it. I was told someone from management would call me to discuss but nobody did. The mattress in the room is old and outdated and did not measure up to my expectation for this type of hotel. "

"Farmington Inn is quaint and has a mature person feel. The room was older and smelled like a nursing home yet it was clean and served the purpose. There was a small laundry room fire while we were there. Luckily, I was in my room and evacuated me and my dog safely. I questioned if they would have gone in to get my dog if I were not there. That question remains unanswered. I’d stay again. It was close to the interstate and food options and some of the most beautiful walks. "

"They had to switch my rooms TWICE! Room 1: the jacuzzi tub was broken and that’s the entire reason I paid for the room. Room 2: There were puddles on the floor with swollen wood from a leak. I settled for room three. I was tired. It freaked of cigarettes and everything was chipped and dirty."

"One of the nicest hotels in CT, and certainly the best in West Hartford. If you are in the area and want a great stay, this is the place."
