"Staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a touch dated. Unfortunately our bedstand had maple syrup all over it. Easy enough to clean but not a great first impression. Price did not break the bank, but also think should have been a bit better. We went to scope it out for a wedding and think would be a great local venue, but we did not think this was the place to have family and friends travel too."

"As with all Comfort Inns we have been to, they show their wear and tear. However, with this location, the only problem we noticed was the carpet leading to the rooms was stained in areas. Inside the room, it was clean and the mattress was ok, but, the pillows were square little ones (not a fan). Staff was friendly and the location was close to Ellijay."

"Room was clean. However, none of the external digital locks on the doors , the swimming pool entrance or the gym entrance were working. The external doors were left wide open probably all night as the locks weren’t working, not safe. The staff said that they’ve been out of order for more than a year. At night, there was only 1 staff/person at the hotel and I had to wait for over 30 mins to get to him to get a bedding set. Clearly under staffed for the rush long weekend. The breakfast was ok. They didn’t have anything for vegetarians, no flat bread toast, fresh oats or any vegetarian friendly stuff in the hot breakfast. The outdoor pool is there for namesake, it’s super small, not very clean and only up to 4 ft in depth. It was a large bathtub without a working security system accessible to pretty much anyone from outside the hotel."

"We checked in around 10pm and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, mattresses were clean and AC kept the room at a perfect temperature. Location was great, right off the interstate and plenty of places nearby to stop for food or coffee. We had a great experience."
