"There were roaches crawling around the room. Found one in the drawer and one crawling on the floor. They don’t provide any shampoo or conditioner whatsoever so they make you use the tiniest bar soap that’s meant to wash your hands with to wash your body in the shower. No coffee maker, basic necessity. There was also a little whole underneath the door where we could hear practically everything."

"I never stayed there. With the special that was going on, the price was around $45 which was great until I got there and realized that there was a $150 deposit required, which I could not do. So a U.S. Veteran right before memorial day weekend got to spend the night in his car instead. Happy memorial day weekend to me. On top of that, the person at the front desk told me specifically that it was cancelled and the money would be back in my account that night because he said it hadn't been processed yet. Well that was a lie because I still don't have the money back from it and neither the holet nor hotels.com will answer my calls or emails, so once again happy memorial day weekend to a United States Army Veteran. I know it's not a lot of money, but a little goes a long way for a lot of people these days. God bless America"
