"Bed has flea’s contacting front desk the man was real rude and disrespectful did not wanna help kept saying “you people” when I asked to switch rooms he said he can’t authorize that when I ask to speak with a manager he said you people always want a manager he’s not contacting his manager because they never had complaints before as if he wanted us to chase the flea and catch it to bring you him to see it I asked for my money back he didn’t want to give me that back as well so we left I was not staying in a bed with fleas I will file a complaint"

"I do not recommend staying at this hotel unless you require proximity to Doak, the baseball or soccer fields. The staff at the reception desk were self-absorbed and surprisingly arrogant. Their unprofessionalism was not the warm welcome I expect when traveling. My room, located on an upper floor, smelled, and was musty for the entire two day stay. The AC was inconsistent and when working did not ameliorate the discomfort in the room. Bed linens became somewhat misted; the towels did not dry. "Alexis" reached out to me multiple times via text the next day based on my review of check in. She attempted to offer me another room. Senseless, as I was traveling with an animal and departing early the next day. Train your staff, and address the malfunctioning AC!"

"Stayed overnight the place was clean and the staff was super accommodating and friendly. I felt safe and would recommend."

"The rooms were disgusting and smelled horrible. I had to get them to move my rooms because the first ones smelled like smoke. The second rooms were filthy and I spent over an hour to clean and make them livable when I shouldn’t have to. The property also authorized two charges on my card before check in and when I asked why they tried to falsify terms and conditions stating that this is part of their policy since they are “overbooked.” Management is no help. You have to reach out to them for days to even get a response. All staff besides the cleaning staff are virtual. Horrible property, horrible customer service and overall horrible experience. "
