We have stayed here multiple times and had good exoereinces in general. Most of the staff are very friendly and there kreakfast is great. The location is ideal if you would like to be lcose to old town and city center. Easy to get to anywhere you wouod like to Tallinn.

Room was ok. As big as it promised. Hotel near everything and traffic connections. Little bit old , and air condition did not worked. Window was possible to open. Breakfast was ok. And fruidsalad made by fresh fruits. Also different kind of coffees and tea available.

Pretty lovely hotel. Great breakfast and 10 mins walking from Old Town and 10 mins in the other direction to the ferry terminal. Definitely benefits from being in one of the world's loveliest cities. The only note I would have is that the A/C in the family rooms, doesn't quite make it around the corner, so the room can get pretty hot in the summer season. Please don't let that affect you too much. I'm American and have an unrealistic expectation of what air conditioning is.

Nice hotel and staff, broken air conditioning.

Staff and breakfast were solid. My room’s air conditioning did nothing at all but turn the fan on. The room started at 25 degrees C and instead of going down to 21, went up to 26.5 over the evening/night. I had to open the window in the middle of the night to cool down.

Rooms are compact but the bathrooms are tiny and poorly designed. A well built person will find it very difficult to sit on the toilet seat. Water leaking out of the very compact shower is not a surprise given the poor design. No grace for arriving a few mins late for breakfast. They turned us around without even coffee or toast to pickup.
