Clean large rooms and conformable bed. Nice gym and large breakfast area with excellent breakfast. I would stay there again. The views from from hotel are amazing especially the 30th floor restaurant. Close to old town.

It is an ok hotel. The fact that you need to pay additional for the spa is weird, especially for a 5 star hotel… The breakfast is nice, with good variety of healthy options.

Third time stay. Always a great experience. We were fortunate enough to be assigned a high-floor room, offering breathtaking harbour city view. We would highly recommend requesting a high-floor room if possible. The added benefit of the view alone made the stay exceptional. And ask for bath, not shower.

Very nice hotel with good service. All the staff here is very nice and kind. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was upto the mark, the staff in the breakfast hall was very nice and cooperative, they provided baby chair, the asked us about coffee and made coffee for us every day of our stay! Real luxury feeling with genuine service

This is actually one of the best hotels I have experienced. We were lucky enough to get a room on the 21st floor, so the view was great. We had pretty much a standard room but it is still spacy and the bathroom was much larger than what you get at most hotels. The breakfast is excellent with very friendly staff. The chef cooks great omelettes on request. Nice skybar on top floor. Very nice spa-area. One day, my daughter asked for an extra pillow. The staff in the reception then presented a "pillow-menu" with a number of different pillows to choose from. I am definitely coming back to this hotel, absolutely loved it! Such a genuine service touch.

Absolutely everything you need!

Allround very nice stay. Needed to change the room in order to have a bed for our kid. It was done in no time. Staff in general very nice, and to get such a great welcome to the breakfast. Impossible not to have great day after that.
