"Our AC didn’t work, phone in room don’t work so couldn’t call to front desk, coffe and towels were not replenished and only one front desk staff person was helpful - the others ignored me. Maintenance staff not polite. Had to move to another room and the floor was duck taped and lamp shade broken. Was not nice. The hotel manager was nice but we still paid our full rate and the rooms were terrible. "

She even made a suggestion for a place to get breakfast for myself, my boyfriend and our friend. The rooms were clean, the view outside our room is beautiful and the suite that I booked was huge. I’m so happy to stay here for the weekend. "

"Breakfast was like eating at Mother Hubbard's kitchen, out of yogurt, bagels, but no way to cut them to toast them, coffee was like mud with only fake creamer, tea water was not even hot enough to brew the tea. The hotel is Hilton bottom line hotel, no coffee maker in room or microwave, no outdoor sitting area or pool. Spent another $10 and go to the Holiday Inn Express "
