"The hotel, the location and staff if excellent. It is quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Venice city. Perfect to relax close to nature. The man made lake provides perfect backdrop. The hotel staff is very helpful from the moment we checked in with Gloria. I would always recommend booking the Spa as soon as you done the hotel booking. Anna at the bar was brilliant when she made my drink she made it perfectly and even asked me to check if it is to my likings. Breakfast was lovely with both hot and cold options. We were served by (apologies if I say the name wrong) Marianeal, she was running the show as one man band. From leading the guests to the tables, topping up the food, getting us hot drinks and clearing the tables. Nothing was too much for her. There are few drawbacks in the hotel I found, where the hotel needs to improve on. One of them was no room water available. Everything you have to purchase as part of mini bar, even water with marked up prices. Even around the hotel you have to purchase bottled water. Rooms had slippers to offer but no gowns. Being a four star hotel I would expect that to be available. Bar prices were quite steep as well but expected being a remote location. I guess you pay for the location and feel rather than the actual drink. Check out time was changed from 12 to 11 and was only notified at the reception at the time of checking in, but Gloria swiftly rectified that for us. So all in all a very good, nice relaxing hotel."

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there was an occasional foul septic odor which would go away but was noticeable daily. "Stayed for two nights in mid August. The front desk staff was very welcoming, in fact all of the staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was a bit firm but comfortable, and the pillows were very comfortable. We had drinks on the patio and this was a very nice experience. Service was quite quick and our drinks were accompanied by nuts and corn nuts. The bathroom was clean and everything worked well. Lots of hot water for showers. The breakfast is fabulous and well worth the cost. Lots of free parking. This hotel is very close to the outlet stores. The only con was that there was very loud music one night, but I always take earplugs when travelling so I was able to get to sleep even with the noise. Definitely recommend this hotel!!!"
