"Enjoyed the clean, brand new property during our visit to Penang. It was a last minute change because of the location and it turned out we made the right choice. Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out. Service was excellent, every staff greeted us with smiles and was helpful. Loved the coffee in the lobby and the scent of the shampoo and body wash (wished I can purchase a set home.) They even provided us umbrellas on the rainy days. "The rooms and facilities were kept in good condition. The Hotel I have stayed in many times over 15-20 years from time to time, although a little bit older than the new high end hotels nearby, is still extremely well maintained and the location is excellent ( relatively short walk to) near Gurney Plaza. Will probably stay again in future when visiting."
