We went Passover week, so the hotel was very crowded, and the daytime staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. However, we really enjoyed the dining room breakfast (included), and the patios. Parking lot is small, so you have to get lucky to snag a spot (although it is free to park). The pool water feels chilly, pool towels are hard to get, and lunch options are limited. The dinner buffet was $35 USD per person, so we walked to the Ein Bokek Restaurant (seriously good hummus) for a cheaper meal most nights. I agree that this place has the look of luxury, but is missing the extra service elements to justify the high price (slow check in, poor towel service). Overall, this still might be the best option for entry level luxury, and the location on the water is excellent.

They have the most unbelievable beach in the Dead Sea area . for sure the best one and great accessibility. The food is amazing. Cons they don’t have a store in the hotel and no food after dinner or during the day (besides meals)

Personnel mal poli Nous nous sommes fait hurler dessus au petit déjeuner car l’endroit où nous voulions nous assoir était fermé. Ensuite, le parking était complet ils nous ont donc dis d’aller nous garer ailleurs. Que ce n’était pas leur problème. Le directeur lui même nous a dit  si vous n’êtes pas content partez !  je n’ai jamais entendu ça dans un hôtel. Il y a d’autres hôtels dans ce merveilleux endroit qui sauront vous satisfaire

The place is right next to the dead sea by a beautiful boardwalk. The hotel itself had a foul smell on the ground floor, and the room didn't look like anything in the pictures. The food wasn't amazing. and the room wasn't really clean, especially the porch.

Very unplasent stay, do not go their! Many porblems,Sewage leaks at the entrance to the dining room and a stench for the entire weekend, without treatment and disdain from the management, poor food quality.

Got surprise welcome freash fruit plate. Great ocean and mountain view from balcony. Free bikes for hotel guests use Elevators are too few and tight in size. Greenwall at entrance. Staff was always helping and working from on site managers cheffs and maids
