"Room was nice, great views. Right at the corner of a busy walkway, lots of cars and people going by. Not as relaxing as we had hoped but if your in a partying mood it fine."

"Linens on the trundle bed were SOILED! We also had ants in the room, and the plumbing had some issues. Also, coffee and tea area only available in the lobby from 7:30am - 4pm. We had the read online that each room came with a coffee machine/Keurig. Since we wake up early, we had to wait a while for a morning coffee. It was inconvenient. The main positive is that the property is in a great location, very close to the beach and village shops. The grounds are pretty. The room had a gas fireplace, which was a nice touch. "

"The hotel is getting a much needed face lift. The sliding glass door frames are rusted and need replacing. They are challenging to open and close. The interior room had been recently redone and most of the choices were commensurate with a three star hotel. Someone made the efficient but annoying decision to have the air conditioner condensation line drip into the one and only sink making use of the sink entertaining. The staff was polite, responsive and helpful making the overall experience better "

"It was disgustingly dirty! The shower curtain had a big brown stain, the floor was dirty, the toilet paper holder was completely rusted, no fitted sheet, a flat sheet on the bottom of a stained mattress pad. It was gross and icky. The site says you can check in until 12 midnight but I received a call from the property the day of my arrival and they insisted I check in earlier. If I had time to figure out how to get my money back - I would. It was GROSS!!!"
