"We were here for a family trip for 5 days- with our 4yr old and parents and we had an absolute blast. The resort is one of the most family friendly places I’ve been to, and every member of the family thoroughly enjoyed.
Kids Club - our 4yo spent most of her time here, she loved making crafts and playing in the playroom. Sheela, Prajakta and Sumita were incredible in keeping the kids engaged and we could easily leave our child in their care.
Spa- one of the best spa experiences. Geethu, my therapist was knowledgeable, professional and extremely good
Pool- there was an adult-only pool, a toddler pool and a family pool. Given our large group, we used all of them and had an absolute blast. The pools are very well designed, with lots of nooks for groups with all swimming proficiencies to hang out in
Food- fantastic food, and an incredible buffet spread. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each day with options for North Indian, South Indian, western, and local Goan items. I was also very impressed by the multitude of healthy, gluten-free, and vegan options
Staff- the staff all over the resort was extremely courteous and helpful. Not once in the 5 days that we spent in the resort that we see somebody not smiling.
Overall- I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"
"I had the opportunity to spend a few days in Goa; The pictures of the "Imperial Goa" caught my attention. I can't fully express how happy I am with my choice. The hotel is stunning from the outside— beautiful architecture, gardens, fountains and a serene pool—but it’s even more impressive on the inside. The room is gorgeous, and the bed and linens are incredibly comfortable. Even the shower was a delight! The décor and artworks have been thoughtfully curated, blending old-world charm with modern comforts to create, inviting atmosphere.
The food was delicious, too!
But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for."

"Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in.
The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote."
