This was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in my memory. Staff fantastic, room great, and we arrived after 5pm to check in and they have a little free buffet with 3 free alcoholic drinks per adult, food was outstanding. Then came the free breakfast in the morning another surprise how many choices and everything was perfect. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Will actually try to find one to stay on my next trip

Hotel is new so it is clean and well Maintained. I book a specific room through Expedia. For the first time I was give a handy cap room which is not what I selected. I was told that through 3rd party you get assigned what that have. They did upgrade me to a suite. I live the fact that not only do you get breakfast but dinner as well. Check in was a breeze and so was check out. My main complaint was there was a large group of kids with chaperones and they were using the pool. Paid no attention to the no diving signs. I said something to the adult and kids and they just ignored me. Finally said something to the staff. No idea what happened. I would definitely stay here again

Upon first checking in, we were given drink vouchers to receive up to three drinks daily during our stay from 5:30 pm to 7 pm, alongside some food. The staff were really friendly and were able to accommodate my mother and I the entire stay.
