Nice hotel, helpful staff. Only reason for a 4 in cleanliness was that room obviously had nit been vacuumed in between guests. Otherwise, excellent.

Wonderful place to stay
This hotel is wonderful! It is very clean, every single staff member I encounter was extremely pleasant, it is in a great location with several restaurants and bars walkable, and the bed is extremely comfortable. Not much more you could ask for.

9.00 Breakfast on top of 210.00 for the room. Hampton Inns which is also aveliated with Hilton charges nothing extra for that. Bottled water in the room for 2.50. You are just price gouging the people who stay there. There is nothing particularly outstanding about anything you have.

Thank you for the honest feedback Richard! Keep in mind, we cannot force you to pay a higher rate over a sold out weekend, all hotels in area has those rates, most 20 years old with same carpet from 2012. I appreciate you trying us!

Parking is shared by several businesses and the beds are a bit too firm for me. Otherwise, excellent hotel and the staff were especially good. I got in at 1am and the person working the graveyard shift was not just awake but friendly, professional and process my checkin just as fast (or faster) than the normal shift.

Entire staff is friendly but one person stood out. Barbie is a server who greets you in the morning. Her enthusiasm is infectious and her total recall with each guest is over the top. We stayed Fri - Mon and there were three wedding parties in the hotel. Barbie created a personal dialogue with each one…some travel tips, some dining tips, some family sharing. She had total recall about each one over several days and her attention to each person was fabulous. Hilton needs to clone her performance. Thank you Barbie.

Great Stay
This was a great, clean room. We slept well in the beds and the front desk was very kind. The 1 negative is the bathroom door. It is a slide door and the bathroom does not have a fan. Everyone can hear your “business”. Glad I was with family!

I have reported this in previous reviews, that I hate food and beverage (not breakfast) not being available until after 5:00 pm. We are leaning in the future towards hotels that have these options available. We visit friends in this area 3-4 times a year and have always stayed here, are thinking of changing because of this.

With the village next door to us having 8-10 restaurant options within walking distance for lunch, early dinner; we cannot support opening until 5 pm.
