"I booked a king room with river view and a patio 2 1/2 months ago pre-paid. I moved the date 1 day forward through Expedia a month before check in. First I showed up to a construction nightmare at the hotel. Pool closed, restaurant closed, makeshift bar. No parking, then when I checked in my room was not available! No record of my changing my reservation. I had to settle for a standard double bed room without a patio street view. I was never refund for the large price difference as the clerk said I would be. Not a pleasant experience!"
