Roost Tampa is contemporary and clean. It is located in the Channel District steps from restaurants, bars, grocery and the famed Tampa Riverwalk. There are many things to do here including catching the free trolley to Ybor City! This concept is unique as one floor is dedicated to hotel stays and the rest is apartment rentals. It seems to work!
