It’s a nice hotel it looks good feels like you are in a little apartment , I just didn’t like the service I had to scream like 20 times hellos for the person to come to the front for check in and then called me 3 times to ask what day I was leaving.some of them were nice but I didn’t like that part

I had to ask for clean towels at night and spend 2 nights waiting for them to change battery on the smoke alarm had to sleep with the alarm beeping for 2 nights

I was charged a $90 fee for some reason
I stayed here for a week, it was fine. But they charged my account $90.46 for some reason. I spoke to four individuals, four separate times, including the manager Titus and they couldn’t care less and gave my grievance zero importance. They weren’t even sure why I was charged this money in the first place. Their apathy and complete lack of concern was very disappointing. I’ll stay elsewhere when I return to Riverview next year. The young, tall African American fellow that checked me in was very nice and helpful. I appreciated his service

I found 2 live roaches , one on the ground and one in my food that I left out for an hour to shower to enjoy. My TV went black with sound and ended up using google to fix the issue myself as it happened at 6pm with no maintenance available. Overall for the convenience and open parking the stay was ok. Chance, the receptionist, was very kind and accommodating !

Nothing was unique, it was dirty and I checked out a hour after I checked in. The GM was a little cocky, but he did refund my money after a few back and forth conversations.

The real issue was that there wasn’t ANY pots, pans, dishes, silverware or paper towels to use the kitchen!! This should have been told up front to guests. There’s a kitchen but good luck using it!!

I made a reservation for 2 beds when i got there apparently the room i booked someone didnt get out the room n extended their stay so i had to switch to a one bed and it’s supposed to be cheaper but for some reason i was charged same price for a double bed smh

Shouldn't be so highly rated.
All I look for in a hotel is cleanliness and a nice, warm shower. This provided neither. The walls were paper thin, and you could hear people talking in the next room. I was able to communicate with the manager following the trip and was slightly compensated for the inconvenience, but won't be staying here again.
