Mala opción

Pésimo, reservé una habitación “cuádruple” y al llegar me dijeron que en la reserva solo decía para 2 adultos, pagué 200MXN por los otros 2. Hasta ahí no había ido tan mal, ya que lo entendí. El cuarto olía súper mal, cama muy dura, el baño y la regadera descuidados. Deberían darle mantenimiento. No había rollo. No había TV por cable, llamé a recepción al rededor de 3 veces para solicitar la clave de internet y nunca respondieron. No vuelvo.

Les falta renovar sus habitaciones, todo es muy antiguo y no trapean bien debajo de las camas, también la alberca estaba un poco sucia, solo le falta un poco más de mantenimiento pero de ahí en fuera todo bien

-Las condiciones del hotel van de acuerdo al costo. -El problema no es que el hotel sea viejo sino que cosas como el hecho de que no haya agua caliente en las duchas o que no funcione adecuadamente el sistema d cable de la TV generan incomodidad en la visita. -Adicional, en la pagina agregan que la estadía incluye desayuno y al hacer check-in nos comentaron que no incluye desayuno. Tampoco es un gran problema pero seria bueno mejorar la comunicacion entre la pagina y el hotel, par saber exactamente que es lo que uno se espera al llegar.

No te hospedes aquí

El hotel por fuera bien, por dentro horrible más habitaciones, hotel viejo, sin internet baño sucio. Televisión antigua. En general muy mala experiencia además de caro. No pude cancelar ya que mi reserva era llegar por la noche pero después tuve que quedarme en otro hotel. No lo recomiendo

Lo que beneficia mucho es que está a 15 minutos caminando de la escollera. Las camas están muy duras, padezco de insomnio y ese tipo de factores hacen que me sea aun más difícil dormir y descansar. Tienen un salón de eventos y el ruido es mucho cuando hay, hasta vibran las ventanas. Tuvimos desayuno incluido, uno de los días de estancia tardaron mucho en atendernos, fueron amables y pues al tener poco personal fue más tardada la atención. Fuera de eso, estuvo bien la comida. Había frigobar en la habitación, eso ayuda para los que viajan por carretera. No llegaba la señal wifi hasta la habitación.

El mantenimiento del hotel es escaso. Las fotos que se observan en internet no son actuales. No hay Wifi en las habitaciones, si acaso, intermitentemente en los pasillos, lo comenté en recepción pero no remediaron nada. Las piscinas sucias los tres días de mi estancia. Se desperdicia mucha agua, para que salga agua caliente en la ducha hay que dejar tirar el agua por 15 minutos aproximadamente; sólo funciona un elevador en forma intermitente. Éste hotel deja una experiencia decepcionante.
