Grand Mercure Dalat

"Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The property was well maintained, especially the beautiful landscaping with its lovely flower blooms. However, I noticed some light stains on the bedsheet, and strands of hair were evident in the bathroom upon check-in. I hope greater attention can be given to housekeeping and room cleanliness. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a very good variety of choices that I looked forward to throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would especially like to commend Louis from the Concierge, who was very knowledgeable and helpful when I asked for travel itinerary recommendations. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay, and I would be happy to return."

"Room on ground floor in next building to reception and was clean, accessible and large. Except for two nights from noisy hotel guests, which hotel staff managed to control the stay was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast at DoiDeep restaurant opposite hotel was great 👍. Reception staff were very friendly and super helpful, where we communicated via watsapp. Location was walkable to Dalat market and transport by taxi was convenient. Appreciate the warm hospitality provided by hotel staff. Many thanks to hotel staff 🙏👍🙏"

It's colonial style, so understand before staying. I love history, so for my wife and I, it was amazing."

"Comfortable stay, rooms were huge, lots of space to spread out and unwind comfortably. Not as remote a stay as it may seem. Room was across from a karaoke bar which was lively over the weekend. Staff very kind and helpful with everything, really a stellar staff. Bidet in the bathroom."
