"Super cute little house and rooms! The city is in walking distance but there are great restaurants just around the corner. English is almost impossible but the lady at the reception is so lovely and friendly that is almost doesn't matter ;) we still got everything we wanted or needed. Our room didn't have block out curtains they let all the light through. If you bring a mask and earplugs you'll be absolutely fine "

"Whoever manages this property is horrible! We spent 3-4 hours trying to get a hold of the host. We couldn’t find the place because it’s all new developments. This place is located on top of a coffee shop. The employees at the coffee shop had no idea what was going on. There were 3 separate people telling us to go to different locations. "I reached early and I was thankful that the stuff provided me with an early check in and a room upgrade. The hotel room is very comfortable and luxurious. I also appreciate the welcome drinks to put guests at ease. However, several points to raise - as there are many floors, the lifts often take a while - service was rather slow: check-in took a while, I was asked to sit to wait for my room to be checked at check-out but I was just forgotten and I needed to remind the staff; requests for room service took very long - tv was difficult to use - Russian or Vietnamese language; tv channel options not English friendly - hotel provided a beach area with deck chairs but - very few chairs available; no towels early in the morning and was told need 1h wait - one of the wardrobe doors could not be closed (light switch inside will be on if the door is not closed) - room door does not swing shut unlike most modern hotels; it closes but will remain ajar at the end , leaving guests a false sense of security that it will close when it won’t - a lot of advertisements about World Cup screening but there was none - noisy at night from surrounding music"

"I traveled with 3 children. We booked the connecting rooms condo (1101 & 1102). It had a washer (1101), and stove top and kitchen sink with cabinets (1102). Each with its own bathroom and fridge, bigger fridge with freezer (1101). Beautiful view from the balconies. 1 big bed and 1 sofa bed (1101) and 2 beds (1102). Spacious rooms. Kids said it was comparable to the Park Hyatt Bangkok and cost way less. Lots and lots of activities for kids/everyone. Love the friendly funny staff/drivers. Some guests are rude, loud and entitled but that's not something the resort has control over. I love the cleanliness! We would definitely come back when we are in Nha Trang."
