Hotel not as appears on photos

Possibly the photos of twin pines aren't recent. We received a friendly welcome, but the rooms are in dire need of refurbishment.

Good for one night! Plus: firm pillow, attached bathroom, clothes hanger Minus: only 1 socket point and it's 3m from the bed at a height of 1.5m high The only mirror is in the bathroom - makeup standing on a cold wet floor :( Lack of cool water dispenser in the lobby Thin walls

Good place to stay.

It's a very nice place with a lovely garden and patio area. The walls between rooms are a bit thin, you might here your neighbors snoring. Wi-Fi works only in the front rooms and the patio area.

My experience at hotel.

Problem faced regarding room size, decorations and the staff was not aware regarding my visit. They asked where is confirmation email from me where in I showed my trip details to convince them booking. My wife complaint to change room and bedsheets when I asked to change room they replied they are already booked and this is final room. Regards Hotel Guest

Posizione dell'hotel comoda poiché posizionato in una traversa della via principale, cordialità e disponibilità del proprietario per quanto riguarda i tour. Totale mancanza di pulizia con lenzuola macchiate e trapuntina impolverata oltremodo, salviette macchiate e dall'odore sgradevole, wc tutto in uno con doccia a pochi centimetri da wc e lavandino.

Twin bed :-)

Très bien situé, très légèrement à l'écart de l'hyper centre (évite le bruit en soirée), la chambre offre un confort en adéquation avec le prix. Bonne qualité de la prestation et ambiance général très sympathique. Petit coin jardin avec des tables pour se poser très appréciables et personnel très serviable et sympathique.

My boyfriend and I planned to stay for 1 night and the staff were incredibly welcoming and the garden beautiful - we ended up staying for an extra 3 nights! Breakfast was great value and close to everything convenient. You can hear the nature from your room :) Would recommend definitely and would stay at Twin Pines again in a heart beat!

good for short stay

Very nice garden, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the room and the towels also bed sheet was not so clean and smells coz of high humidity.

A friendly budget accommodation

Twin pines gave us a great deal. The garden is beautiful and peaceful, despite the neighbouring noises. The location is much better than staying on the main road, everything in town is still walking distance. The staff are really friendly and the hostel has a great vibe. Room is a budget room so don't expect it to be awesome but it was ok and clean enough. The shower was surprisingly strong and hot. Really nice.

Decent room for the price

Lovely garden room a bit noisy due to fine wall but overall the outside make it up. Hot and powerful shower nice staff. Lovely place very peaceful. I would go back.

Okay but few negative points...

The hotel is located in a quiet area of Tanah Rata. The owner is very nice and they have a nice and green garden! Unfortutely the walls are very thin so you will hear everything in the evening and morning. The towels were pretty dirty eventhough they seemed to be freshly washed. The WiFi was ok but around 10 to 11 pm it didnt work which was pretty bad. Our room was ok. Could be a bit more spacious. The toilet and shower are very close so everything will be wet after taking a shower. All in all I would book again unless I find something cheaper ;-)
