"The room had a bad smoke smell, the bathroom had a big hole in the wall. There was roaches in the bathroom the water in the tub came out brown. "

"Absolutely terrible experience. The hotel is very small and unbelievably loud. The room next door was up all night making noise, and I didn’t sleep at all. I called the front desk multiple times — no answer. I left messages for management — no return call. Completely unprofessional. When I arrived, there were blood drops on the sheets and hard yellow stains on the covers. That is unacceptable. The TV didn’t even work.
