The location was great. Close to the train station, shopping mall and restaurants etc. On checking in we were told that the 3 bed room that we booked didn't exist. When i offered to show my booking confirmation I was told that this is a very common mistake made by Expedia and there was no need for me to show the confirmation. We were given a double bed room with a mattress on the floor as the extra bed. No compensation offered. Double bed mattress was very hard as was sleeping on the floor! Overall not a very comfortable nights sleep!

Well located
Good value hotel, well located in the centre of Tangier. Walking distance to beach, City Mall shopping centre and resteraunts. Free parking at front of hotel. Very comfortable bed. Hotel starting to get a little worn in places but no issues. Breakfast buffet had no fresh fruit.

Hotel staff nice and friendly, good hotel, good location, the pool looked very dirty so didnt use but would have if it was clean, had a power cut for 2 hours on first day but after that didnt have any problems
