Le jour de notre arrivée le propriétaire refuse de nous donner notre chambre. Il nous explique qu’il y a eu une erreur sur le site expédia et qu’il a 2 réservations pour la même chambre. Après plusieurs heures heures d’attente dans son salon, il a finit par nous remettre les clefs. Nous étions avec nos enfants de 3 et 6 ans. Nous venions de faire 3h de route. Le propriétaire voulais nous envoyé dans un autre hôtel qui n’avait pas de piscine, pour privilégier les autres clients qui n’étaient même pas encore arrivé. Il était désagréable, chemise froissée. Nous étions épuisé et déçu de l’accueil. Notre séjour de 4 jours avait très mal commencé. Nous n’avons même pas profité de la piscine qui était très mal entretenir: eau trouble et froide. Bref, à éviter !!!!

faite attention ce propriétaire pratique le surbooking le prix est vraiment au dessus de la qualité des chambres de plus le petit déjeuner est a rajouter 5 euros 50 par personne

職員很有善，酒店很新很乾淨
到達時，酒店說沒有收到我們的入住申請，但老闆很爽快問我當初預訂的時候多少錢，直接給他付那個金額就可以。酒店設施很新，所有東西都很乾淨，高CP值。我們是自行駕駛車子到達的，車子直接泊在酒店門口的路上就可以，晚上更有工作人員全晚看守。晚上洗澡後一直找不到吹風機，因為已經是深夜，大堂也找不到職員。最後嘗試上網找酒店的聯絡電話，在Whatsapp上向他們求助，當時以為他們都睡了沒有看到短信，但隔了30分鐘左右，有職員在我們房門外放下了吹風機，這麼晚還麻煩人家真不太好意思。他們都很有善，提供了很好的服務。
