"Bed sheets and towels are not clean"

"In this hotel there is no room service after 11 at night , Water bottle they provide is very small and 2 per room only Beach view is not that great it’s call a side view of sea In Breakfast many items finished before closing time When order from room most of them they not doing which is in menu For leafy is long waiting time I will never go back in this Hilton Garden Inn never ever It’s not a HILTON HOTELS Original standers Sorry to say this but it’s true"

"The hotel staff were very helpful but the hotel is a bit old and tired, it is also very noisy and I got woken up by guests next door closing doors. The bathroom smells a little and the curtains don’t move smoothly and dragging it with force took it off the hook and the staff didn’t come to fix it."

"where do I begin with this Hotel? There are many other hotels in Tanger that have good service and will not give you this two star experience. This experience is so bad that I’m leaving my review while I’m still at the hotel!! 1. The rooms appeared to be clean and they have this extremely strong smell in the hallways to mask something that is probably really stinky. The smell is so strong it makes you feel sick. When you get into your room, your pillow probably smell really bad. It has this weird smell to it that does not make any sense nor does it go away. 2. The staff here is the worst. The men at the doors will be stand there chatting all day with each other, but will not even open the door for you or give you a helping hand. They are more focused on the conversation they are having with each other. For a hotel that has so many staff. It’s interesting that they’re doing nothing but walking around and talking to each other. 3. This hotel is mediocre. Calling it a five star hotel is a big joke. There is no five star experience here. 4. The food in the breakfast experience is also bad. They seem to keep the food stored in heat containers yet the food is very cold every morning, even right when the breakfast starts. 5. Don’t get me started on the breakfast staff. Unhelpful, but they stand around and watch you like they’ve never seen people before. . NOT a 5 star hotel!! Avoid"

"Hotel was nice, unfortunately the pool was being renovated and parts of the hotel. Although we did know this before we arrived. So scored amenities lower. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. We had a sea view which was nice, but the room was hot, already moved rooms once so decided to stay with room even though couldn’t get air con to work. Had windows open but the busy Main Street was noisy with racers during the night. Good location, walkable from port. Old town, shopping and restaurants all nearby. Lovely sandy beach across the road. Beach was very littered though. All in all good hotel for Tangiers."

"Fantastic place to stay - one bed studio apartment with a sea view balcony. Amazing price and value for money - really spacious apartment and very well maintained and decorated throughout. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and a host of places to eat. A bit far from the old town, but easily reached along the promenade if you don’t mind a scenic walk. Also only a 20 minute walk from the train station. You have to pay extra for the breakfast buffet, but it’s very reasonable for the spread available. Would definitely stay again."

"Really nice room, found a few hairs and some stains so not super clean but nothing crazy, comfy bed and left a bottle of water in room which I appreciated. Good location to the ferry port, beach front and souks. Really close to mosque so the call to prayer can wake you up but nothing to be done about that. "
