Only issue we had was our keypad on our front door of condo was a little faulty; took a few tries with code to get in every night. Receptionist at front desk was always helpful and friendly. Pool was amazing. Loved our stay. "

"Stay here was very enjoyable! Less than 5 min drive from decent snorkeling at Boca Catalina beach and Tres Trapi (saw a few turtles in the morning). The chairs, umbrella and cooler available with the rental came in very handy. Staff communicated very well thru email and text before and during stay. "

"Wow, what an amazing destination and property. We looked through numerous property options but kept finding ourselves considering the Hyatt. And there is zero regret. In fact, if we come back, I’m not sure I’d consider anywhere else. Clean, spacious, great pools, amazing beach, wonderful service. Special shout out to Miro, Mario, Juan Carlos, and Diana at the pool bar. Fantastic people with great service. Loved this place so much. "
