"Check-in was very poor! We were Waiting to check-in and agent came in mad at guests for having to chase down room keys. She acted troubled that she had to check us in! Was charged $2 per day for one room key. Room was tidy but floor was filthy, hadn't been mopped in a while. Didn't have a full set ..."
