They should change the name. Not a palace hotel layout is confusing. Lobby, random old furniture just don’t look like a hotel. They med to spend money on common areas rugs, get rid of they lobby furniture and the two pots of ugly plastic flower at front entry is the first impression

"I went to wee the hitel room and I was disgusted. Room smelt of damp and I had allergy within 15mins of being there. The bathroom was in a really bad state. I had to leave the hotel room straight away and went to another decent hotel. I did not stay there, I'm not sure what I've been charged ..."
