This was one of the best experiences we’ve had, and really appreciate the staff at this beautiful hotel. The space is lovely, as are the rooms. The location is incredible and the views can’t be beat. Finally, the team there were so helpful and genuinely invested in our comfort. They went way out of their way to accommodate vegan diets and did an incredible incredible job. Easily in the top 5 of our hotel experiences and could be the top spot. Highly recommended!

A stunning hotel with impeccable service, although the clientele tends to be more flashy than representative of “quiet luxury.” The service at the hotel’s Anciovi restaurant could be improved. Despite clearly requesting non-alcoholic cocktails, we were served alcoholic drinks instead. Rosso and the breakfasts, however, were fabulous, and the valet service was truly exceptional. Special mention goes to Gregory at the concierge desk, who provided exceptionally attentive and thoughtful service throughout our stay.

We stayed there with another couple our friends for four fabulous nights and we all enjoyed every minute’s of it. The property, location, service, facilities and food is outstanding. Staff are supper friendly and helpful, especially one of the staff who we really appreciated during our stay with friends at the property is Miss Denise Perna with her exceptional service…Denise thank u for making our stay joyful. Also the manager on duty the day we checked in was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was Devine we lots of variety and a great service. All restaurants were great. Hotel location is fantastic close and walkable to attractions, restaurants and a wonderful shopping area. 10 minutes drive from the beach but u can easily take a taxi to one of the beach clubs since the hotel doesn’t have its own beach club so u have to actually pay to go to the one hotel recommended which was nice but pricey. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back again soon.

One of the best hotels with world class service. I have to say that Olga with the concierge desk did a wonderful job helping us get home after Mt. Etna’s eruption closed the airport at Catania. It’s a great location and a beautiful property.
