Our room was upstairs and inside. (No elevator). The downstairs was all smokers bc they had external entry. It just felt like a sketchy area. The room was not clean. I mean they needed some sosp, water and disinfectant to scrub the walls and surfaces. Who knows when the linens had been cleaned. Im glad i didn't have a black light. Someone brought us more towels but didnt touch the rest of room. There were no "do not disturb" hangers. The staff (2 people at desk)were nice though.

The room were dirty Had a STRONG odor of dog using the bathroom rm118 Roach infested baby roaches were in the sink an bath tub Room many lights not working Electric sockets not working Bath clothes an towels were filthy I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

My requirements asked for was not provided. The door to the room was unlocked and open when we arrived. Additional fees were added. When asked for Additional towels, I had to give them the soiled towels before I could get any more. I have to say this is the worst experience I have ever encountered at a Hotel

The first person I met made me feel completely welcome. The room was clean and welcoming and I have zero complaints. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great price and close by to almost anything you may need or require. I will definitely go back.

You get what you pay for - customer service at the front desk was far from a “welcome”. The room is just a place to lay your head (fully dressed with a hat). The stars were for free parking and accepts pets.
